PERSONAL PATIENT CARE

You have a right to express your preference of general practitioner and, should you wish to express this preference, please advise the receptionist (especially in the case of chronic illness).

Although we are a Group Practice, it is our hope that patients will consider themselves the special patient of one of the group. In this way, personal care and continuity of treatment will be given. However, due to varying workloads, it will not always be possible for your own doctor to attend you. Please accept this.
