WELCOME TO OUR PRACTICE

Welcome to our practice which has been established in the Boulevard since 1876.

ACCESS FOR THE DISABLED

Sydenham House has disabled access to the ground level, a disabled toilet and a loop induction for those with hearing aids. For your convenience we also have one parking space for the disabled, which should be used for short stops and for dropping off.
We do not have a lift. Therefore if you would like to book a consultation with a doctor who normally uses a room upstairs, the receptionist can make arrangements for you to be seen by that doctor in a room on the ground floor.

Do please remember to mention this at the time of booking. That will allow us time to set up the computer and other equipment in advance.

YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION CENTRE

Sydenham House is an official YELLOW FEVER CENTRE for ALL members of the public.
Appointments with the nurse must be made. A FEE IS PAYABLE FOR THIS SERVICE.
Any comments about the services offered or provided by Sydenham House should be made to the practice manager. We welcome constructive criticism.
