HOW DO I....
Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Patients may order a repeat prescription by telephone, by delivering or posting a request to the surgery or by emailing using the form below. Repeat prescriptions are entered on the computer. The direct line telephone number is 335544. Prescriptions may be ordered between 9.00am - 12 noon and 2.00 - 4.00pm. Prescriptions ordered AFTER 12 noon on Fridays WILL NOT be available for collection until AFTER 10.00am on the following Tuesday.

All prescriptions to be posted MUST have a stamped addressed envelope.
